Gourmet Vanilla Blueberry Muffins



These Gourmet Blueberry Vanilla muffins are sure to thrill your guests and family. They are perfect for a quick on the go breakfast or for a sweet treat! Simply follow the directions below and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour 
1 tablespoon baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/2 teaspoon baking soda 
1/4 teaspoon salt 

2/3 cup sugar 
1 large egg 
1 1/2 cups milk or water 
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted 
1 tablespoon vanilla 
1 cup blueberries 

2 tablespoons sparkling sugar 
or cinnamon crumb topping 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a 12 Cup Muffin pan with non stick spray or paper liners. 
Use a large bowl to combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. 
With a large glass measuring cup or bowl whisk together milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and egg. Pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until moist. Add blueberries and bake. 
Scoop the batter evenly into the muffin tray. Sprinkle with sparkling sugar or deluxe cinnamon topping. Place into oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
